Serica, My second theme for windowblinds is a sleek blind with a modern style. I'll let you be the judge of it's appearance. I hope you like :).
Note: For Windows 7 only. You can try for Vista/XP but no guarantee it will work.
Update : Transparency pixels removed there shouldn't be any space between the workshelf/taskbar anymore.
Added vertical taskbar this time. :) Sorry about that.
