This is a major update of my original Sea Jasper blind...it is for Windows 7 only! The original XP blind is still in my gallery. See below for the link. Almost all of the images have been re-done to keep up with current trends in skinning. Made entirely in SKS 7.2 for Windowblinds 7.2. IE 8 remains unskinnable at this time. I do not have IE9, so was unable to skin those parts of the blind. All other areas are skinned. Fancy font included.
